ACCOMMODATION AT THE COTTAGE
A delightful three-bedroom historic cottage in the heart of the Old Town of Hastings and a few minutes walk to the beach, seafront & local shops etc.

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people and comprises of the following:

Ground Floor
A large timbered sitting room containing three piece suite,TV and video, writing bureau, games etc.There is an open brick fireplace and stairs leading to the first floor |

There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. There is a door through to the utility room containing washing machine, iron & ironing board, cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner etc. A further door leads through to a bathroom with large shower, basin and WC. There is another door leading to a small conservatory and garden.

First Floor
There is a cosy double bedroom over-looking High Street, at the front of the house. It has timbered walls, a small fireplace and oak flooring. It contains a cast iron bed, reading lights, clock/radio, crisp white linen & storage space. Across landing there is a second bathroom, comprising small bath, basin and WC.

Second Floor
This floor has a large fully timbered double bedroom, with oak flooring, wooden venetian blinds, a beech-wood double bed with crisp white linen, reading lights, TV, storage space, etc.
